2. About House of Singh Studios

House of Singh Studios Inc. is a design studio incorporated in Ontario, Canada. The Site serves as an informational platform for our design services. It does not facilitate transactions, process payments, or constitute an offer to contract. All project engagements are governed by separate written agreements between the Studio and the client.

3. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

The House of Singh Studios name, logo, crest, and any associated marks are trademarks of House of Singh Studios Inc. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.

Case studies and portfolio work displayed on this Site may include work created for clients. The intellectual property rights for client work are governed by the respective client agreements. The presentation and description of such work on this Site is for informational and promotional purposes only.

5. Contact form and communications

When you submit information through our contact form or booking system, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. Submitting a contact form or booking a call does not create a client relationship or contractual obligation. All project engagements require a separate signed agreement.

If you subscribe to receive communications from us, you consent to receiving occasional emails about our services, insights, and studio updates.
